Placed my order on 12-15, 12-21 showed that it left the seller. Tracking showed it was delayed in transit. As of 1-4-24, order still not received. I sent Sophie an email to either resend, or refund my order. She chose to refund. Sophie answered my emails and responded promptly. I was disappointed when I saw on tracking that my order didn't leave the business until 6 days later. Also, there was no way to get an update on the shipping, other than what the tracking number showed. I hope this review helps them in the future. This is the first negative review that I have ever written about any business. Clever Fox has a nice inventory of items that I planned on purchasing in the future. Best regards, Brad T.

This book is literally just what I needed. I was using an old address book to keep our passwords in, and it was becoming hard to find room. The Clever Fox password book is set up exactly like I need. Also, delivery was so fast. It came in the mail the day after I ordered it. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises. Thank you, Clever Fox!

My new password log is going to be a game-changer. That's why I ordered 15 password books to give as gifts to my clients. The order said nothing about multiple deliveries. Unfortunately, there were only 12 password books when I received the package. I contacted Clever Fox immediately and got a reply on 12/20, apologizing for the oversight. Although the owner said that the box was on its way, I haven't received it yet. As a result, I'm reluctant to recommend or buy Clever Fox products in the future.
