The size of this journal is perfect as it fits easily in my lunchbox. I track my food as at the same time I take out the food. I like how the meals and snack are separated into macros. It's easy to track progress and there are dotted pages in the back for notes.

I haven't written in it just yet? I'm debating if I should trade it out for the larger version in the same color which is Light Blue? This is my 2nd book from Clever Fox I own and love my Budget Planner for money in Orange leather. I even bought a Navy Blue Password Book for my niece, which she loves. I love how they feel and they are so easy to spot in the many mounds of clutter on my desk. You have more to offer than any journals, I have seen on the market. This is why I prefer Clever Fox :}
