    I have completed an initial review of this meal planner. It is very well organized and will be an effective tool for my health and wellness goals in 2023. This is an undated planner so anyone can start using it at any time. It is also an A5 size so it fits in your handbag or backpack easily. I recommend this planner for anyone wanting to focus on their health and well being. I look forward to using it.

    Happy with purchase!

    Very helpful information to keep my meals in check. I bought the medical planner also. It had proven very helpful to track blood pressure and general med info for the day. (Pain, sleep, medications, symptoms ect) I will definitely purchase from this company again!

    I mostly love this planner!

    I purchased the Clever Fox Meal Planner and mostly love it. The cover is lovely (I got the rose gold color). However, I wish there was a version of this planner that did not include the exercise portions. Additionally, I would love it if the Week-Of spread would also include a section for Snacks along with the current sections for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Lastly, I love the Healthy Habits tracker and would love for that to have a bigger space on a separate page, so that column could instead be used for Snacks. I don't use the shopping list often (I have a whiteboard on my fridge for that), nor do I use the "This Week's Priorities" section.
