Mental Health and Anxiety Journal
This journal is well organized and well thought out. It really does help you get to the heart of the matter. I like that grounding is part of the process and their are a list of emotions. The list of emotions is helpful because there are times when my emotions are all jumbled up. This journal works well for someone with negative thoughts. The journal is very compact especially for me as I write in a manner that requires effort to read what I wrote. The lines are light and can hardly be seen. The space for the date is prominent but the letters listed to the right of date for the days of week I tend to forget because like the lines they are faint, small, and easy to look over. Due to the size of the journal the stickers are not useful. It can be challenging to find a place for the stickers if your handwriting takes up a lot of space as mine does.
