Couldn't recommend enough, great prompts and gives me a chance to journal daily, while refocusing on a weekly and monthly basis with recaps. My only suggestion, would be to soften up on the "addiction" language a bit. Framing things as "Path to a Fully Present Life" or "Learning Opportunities" instead of "Recovering Addict" and "Relapses" could keep things a bit more positive.

This journal is simple, yet keeps me focused on my goals and moving forward in my sobriety. I particularly like the weekly reflections as well as the monthly overview. It is a nice balance between planner and journal. It has been a useful tool in my sobriety toolbox so much so that I purchased my next one to have on hand for when I am done with my first one.

I ordered many colors of this book to add to our small bookstore at a non-profit for helping people with their recovery journey. It was hard to choose from, because there was a lot of color options and we have limited space and budget. There are other journals they make that would be good to have here too, but this one was a must. I like it more than other journals I have found because it has a cover that isn't cheap paper and is less likely to be ruined by our rain. Plus also the inclusion of stickers will make creativity for each person, what works best to motivate and uplift them. The other staff here saw it and were immediately impressed. One visitor told me they had purchased from this company a different journal and also loved it, so they will tell people we carry this here. If you want a nice journal, or with Mother's Day coming you want to support a woman's journey to recovery, this is an excellent one.
