I absolutely loved my food journal it gave me plenty of room and pages to track calories and other things. The only thing I wish is that the journal included a place to log your workouts and excerises and even maybe a place to track your weekly/monthly weight loss. However, it is still an amazing product and I can’t recommend it enough.

Great tool

This is a great tool to help keep yourself accountable when it comes to eating. My only wish is that there was a weekly reflection page to note successes and areas for improvement.

Food and Yearly Journal

I am loving my Yearly Journal. So easy to use, and make my own. I am still working on getting use to how best to use the Food journal, as it wasn't quit what I thought it would be. It is still a great journal and is so helpful.

First Time Tracking My Food!

It's only day 5 of this planner, but it goes so well for tracking the meal plan that I've been on. I've used the weekly planner before, so using this food journal is easy. I like that it keeps the pages simple and doesn't overwhelm you with too many fields for information.
