The 3 month goals have been helpful in getting me to think and plan ahead for the next couple of months, with plenty of room to plan out my weeks in the weekly calendar. I didn't have answers for all of the goal setting questions at the beginning of the planner, but it was helpful to start thinking of things in terms of long term plans so that those plans could more easily be broken down into actionable behaviors in smaller chunks of time. I also love the stickers that came with the planner - if I could make only one adjustment, it would be to have several sheets of the little dot stickers for filling out completed tasks/goals on the weekly planner because at this rate I'm going to run out of them just for marking off going to the gym 3 times a week. But this is an excellent planner and I would highly recommend it. I look forward to getting another one next year!
