I really love this journal because it allows me to track my progress. It has plenty of space for reps, goals, and measurements. My only problem is that is does have a mild emphasis on weight and size in the goals section, but that can be easily ignored for the utility of the rest of it!

My journal came in quickly but it came used. Very disappointing but they're customer service was AMAZING. They answered quickly and sent a replacement journal right away. The journal by the way is great. Helps me keep track of exercises, cardio and distance. Definitely recommend
